BLOG THE HIDDEN MAGIC     SOCIAL     0 COMMENTS Written by Harry Croose "The world is full of magic things that are patiently waiting for our senses to grow smarter." - W. B Yeats - Tweet Hey, everyone! I hope you are well today, I am here talking about the Hidden Magic. :) THE power that we all have. It is truly possible, I believe to become the person that we truly want to become. If we just truly believe and take action accordingly on what we believe. The magic is all around us, ready for us to take it and to see it! So long as we have a strong enough vision or positive dream and ideation, anything is truly possible. :)I believe that if we envision ourselves in a position of love, harmony and happiness. Almost as if to not neccessarily change our identity but to enhance it and make it a part of our higher self. I personally envision myself as a powerful wizard learning and refining my craft in order to complete my mission, and my one goal objective. :)If we all had this view, I tell you we would be all be so powerful. :)My goal personally is to help people and become a beacon of hope and inspiration for many. :) So everyday I work towards that goal, despite my fears,  I keep going. :) It is also incredibly significant to have someone who supports you along the way, to make sure that you are on track. :) 1. Focus on yourself and your Needs There is an annoying stigma in society, that if you are selfless you are great and if you are selfish you are a horrible person. This form of assumption, that allows unkind people to take advantage of you – due to your social complexes on ‘what is right’.How to solve this would be to solely focus on yourself. I know right so selfish! But you need to fill your own cup first as it were, before you start helping others. I am not saying to go out your way to be unkind to someone (even if they deserve it) but merely to prioritise yourself other everything else, and yes even your family. The more you invest in yourself today – the more you will be able to help them in the future. In fact, helping yourself first will likely mean you will be in a much better position to help others more so then even if you were too selfless of your own needs and desires. This topic is such a big one that I have wrote a separate blog post here – How to fulfil your needs. 2. Establish Strong Independent Boundaries Establish concrete boundaries in different areas of your life. Whether that be in the realms of love, relationships, friendships, money, emotions, psychology and so on. This mind does not necessarily come from a lack of confidence or self-esteem. I believe that a lack of secure boundaries in these…

BLOG HOW To WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE     SOCIAL      0 COMMENTS Written by Harry Croose "More beautiful than all the stars to shine is the heart of a loving friend. " - - Tweet Hello reader, I hope you are incredibly well today! Today I wanted to talk about How to Win Friends and Influence People. Friends are a very important part of life, and I am incredibly grateful of all of you reading. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about this topic.  My heart is so strong and passionate to continue this blog.  1. To be the "best friend" for yourself This is incredibly criticial, to how to win friends and to influence people, you need to be the best friend of yourself.  You need to look after yourself, and be your best friend. Imagine, having a best friend that constantly pushed you to be the best self you can be, especially in the field of communication.  YOU are worthy, always remember that. The only thing that truly holds you back is your limiting beliefs.  2. Visualization Visualization is very important, to achieving or predicting a situation. Visualizing something that hasn'thappened but visualizing an outcome that is positive. Will help your brain rehearse that outcome.  3. Change Your Environment Life is too short. To guilt-trip yourself into staying in an environment that does not vibe with you. Remember the previous point you want to thrive! If that means moving friend groups, distancing yourself from toxicity, and moving towards an environment that you want. Then do it. Yes, it will take a leap of faith, to make such a drastic change.   If you can’t just change your environment, perhaps you are in a job, or in a position where you don’t want to be. Then I would suggest you change your environment in small stages. Whether it be spending less time with someone or retreating to nature to relieve stress. All of these steps will say to your mind, that you are the top priority, and will undo the extreme selflessness programming and will help you care less of what over people think.  4. Find Your Life Purpose One thing that will not ground you more, on not caring what people think is to have a Life Purpose. A Life Purpose is either a big goal or a massive change that you want to make in your life, which is aligned with your personal values and needs. This is like your destination. This will allow you to make your own heading if you will to reach this said goal and make this aligned into reality. This could be starting a blog, write a book, start a YouTube Channel, to Rule the World! If you have your own goal then you will DO things that will benefit YOU. If you are interested in finding your life purpose then read my post; How to Find Your Life Purpose 5. Build Confidence and Self-Esteem Building sufficient confidence and…

Back in Business! Here to give YOU another one of my insights.  Today’s topic is something I learnt from my many months of emotional healing and self-reflection.  A lot of this I’d discovered was that I was caring too much of the opinions of others. Now be careful now don’t take it literally, this phrase is often used when we are essentially fed up, but that is used in a mental framework of a victim. However, this phrase can also be used in as a way of releasing unnecessarily burdens that either you or others have placed on you.  I am here to give you 5 strategies that helped me get over this wall. One quick point first though, remember that other people’s opinions can still have large benefits. Just remember that their opinions do not define who you are. BLOG HOW TO CONQUER ADVERSITY ALL TOPICS0 COMMENTS Written by Harry Croose "It is your reaction to adversity, not the adversity itself, that determines how your life's story will develop." - Dieter F. Uchtdorf - Tweet Hey! I hope you all are well. Today's topic I will be discussing will be how to conquer adversity. Adversity in life can arise unexpectedly and can be an incredible challenge for everyone to go through it. But it is important to realise that you are not alone in these tasks and challenges that you may be facing. It is vital that you understand this fact, as it will help you in a positive way of getting over these obstacles.  1. Look After Yourself This is a given, but make sure that you look after yourself, whether it is physical and mental wellbeing, your assets and your vulnerabilities.  2. Establish Strong Independent Boundaries Establish concrete boundaries in different areas of your life. Whether that be in the realms of love, relationships, friendships, money, emotions, psychology and so on. This mind does not necessarily come from a lack of confidence or self-esteem. I believe that a lack of secure boundaries in these sections of oneself can be one of many reasons that a lack of confidence/ self-esteem continues to manifest in your life. How does this relate to how to not care what other people think? Well, people with what are considered to be weaker boundaries have an obsession of the need to be validated by others. (Hence you care what people think). Therefore, they require external environments to control their boundaries, which if you put it like that sounds ridiculous! In human biology, we have a need to be in a pack of people, so we naturally have homeostasis of what the supposed conformed boundaries are. But remember that sometimes our human nature struggles to differentiate the difference between thriving and surviving in these instances. I want you to be thriving! So don’t use this as an excuse for you to be thriving! This brings be to my next point. 3. Change Your Environment Life is too short. To guilt-trip yourself into staying in an environment that does not vibe with you. Remember the previous point you want to thrive! If that means moving friend groups, distancing yourself from toxicity, and moving towards an environment that you want. Then do it. BLOG 4 WAYS TO SAVE MONEY FINANCIAL 0 COMMENTS Written by Harry Croose "If we fasten our attention on what we have, rather than what we lack, a very little wealth is sufficient." - Francis Johnson - Tweet Saving money, is important part of being a student in particular. Today I will be talking about '10 ways to save money' and also how to reduce your current expenses. These strategies can be a siginificant help to not just sutdents at University, but with absolutely anyone. :) 1. Pay Yourself First As a rule of thumb, you should always pay yourself first. Then you won't get yourself into trouble with debt, such as credit cards. If you pay yourself first, you will be able to bring awareness to your spending habits.  2. Be Self-Aware of Spending Habits If you are self-aware of your spending habits. You will be able to see where you are themajority of your funds are going, and also funds going out your account that may not be neccesary.  3. Differentiate your Wants and Needs Think about the fact that you could just buy anything you wanted. But if we all bought what we wanted - we wouldn't have much money.- if not any at all. The key here is to think about what you NEED to pay. For example, Car Insurance, House Insurance, Rent and Food. Then what you are paying because you WANT  it not because you need it. For example, a Netflix Subscription, that extra dominos pizza or even that audible subscription. Cancelling a few subscriptions or buying some alternatives Can be a real big help to you. 4. Create a Table for your Financial Expenses Creating a table for your financial expenses is an incredibly awesome idea that I have started using since around a year and a half ago. If you create a complete list on your payable subscriptions, and your one off payments. Tally that in comparison to your Student Loans, and any part-time job work. Then you can budget accordingly to your wants and needs, and you can even calculate how much you would need so you could sae for a car for example or for that Bus Pass you want which is helpful for getting around in the local area.  5. Self Educate Yourself on Finanical Matters. Self Education in general is a pivital part of someones growth in all matters of life. Especially in financial matters, you can look a books at investments, different prespectives on bugeting and saving money, as wellas autiobiographies from many famous business leaders in the world today. All of this knowledge is bound to give you insight in your own life. Wether you agree or disagre with those views it is important and awesome to do this, becuase then you build upon them and you create a financial philsophy that you can add to and use to help you.  Bonus Point. Look at ways of making more money We are in a great time…

BLOG THE MASTER OF YOUR OWN DESTINY     SELF - HELP      0 COMMENTS Written by Harry Croose "You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be." - Napoleon Hill - We are all the Masters of our own destinies. As the water flows, we can as easily change the direction of our own personal paths. For too long with have focused too much on the unnecessary complexities of life. Jumping over hoops and completing tasks without complete consciousness of our actions. Is the very reson why we ourselves can become lost. Time flies and then you wonder where the months, and years have gone and all you can see is the fading memory of yesterday and the worried anxieties of tommorrow. But there is a greater ilusion than even this, hiding in our very design. We have been programme by society that masters are in the few.  Yet in reality we are all the masters of our own life, wether it be conscious or unconscious. The greatest concern you should have is doing things without reason and purpose. Here is some more insights on how to master your own destiny.  1. Focus solely on the Present Their is a reason as to why we are as a society are levels of aniety have increased furhter. It is not necause of the external things as many people believe. Of course, to blame an external thing like social media is a great way to trick the mind by projecting blame onto a technological trend. The problem is not social media, video game - but rather it is our inability to be present with ourselves.  the prlbem it is  when these external things re used as coping mechanisms to fill internal struggles and challenges. Allowing the focus on the present moment through things such as meditaiotn, yoga and journalling. Allow the at first challenging but later blissful abit of creating a integral path to emotional mastery - which in turn reflects on your decisions rationally - and helps raise your  psychological homostasis (normal level). Getting into the body and understanding the breath - and developing good posture can create massive changes in your life.   2. Never give up I understand things happen in life that can be to be frank absolutely terrible and disgusting.  But like the yin-yang symbol understand and reflect that no matter what goes on in your life there will be good and bad things that happen. But the difference is how you REACT to these events. One bad event, whether it is a  lover cheating, a death, a mistake by you-you have the ability under all this stress and pain to harness a hero's power. NEVER GIVING UP. These short-term negative emotions can help you build the foundation of your long-term positive paradise. I am not saying you cannot move on, or stop something that isnt working. Just…
